Siamo stati in questo ristorante già diverse volte perché ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene. Con il tempo abbiamo avuto modo di provare un po’ tutto il menù per lasciarci piacevolmente sorprendere. L’Officina dei sapori ha un’ampia proposta di piatti di mare e di terra con antipasti (crudi e cotti), primi e secondi di grande qualità. Ogni piatto è leggermente rivisitato per offrire un’esperienza unica ed estremamente piacevole. Tra i tanti piatti provati mi sento di consigliare: il polpo arrostito su letto di humus, spianata calabrese e pane carasau, la tartare di filetto danese con stracciata e datterino confit, le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale e fave di cacao, lo spaghettone con ristretto di crostacei, crudo di gamberi e pistacchi, i ravioli ripieni di saltimbocca alla romana con burro, salvia e prosciutto crudo in polvere…. e non posso dimenticare i dolci come la sfera di cioccolato bianco con semifreddo all'arancia e il cremoso al pecorino con pere e croccante alla mandorla. Il locale è molto accogliente e il personale disponibile, attento e preparato.
